Frances Dunn brings more than 20 years of experience in multifamily and commercial property management to her role as a broker with Eaves Realty. A proud graduate of NC State University, Frances began her real estate career while still in college, working with a local Raleigh firm and gaining early hands-on experience in residential real estate.
After graduation, she built a career in the multifamily and commercial real estate industry, supporting major developers and operators across the East Coast and national markets. That experience gives her a strong understanding of property operations, market trends, client needs, and the value of smart, informed real estate decisions.
Today, Frances is based in Raleigh, a city she has watched grow and evolve over the years. She also works for a leading real estate software company in revenue management, bringing a data-driven perspective to the buying, selling, and investment process.
Outside of work, Frances lives in Raleigh with her husband, their two daughters, Ella and Lottie, and their very needy but lovable golden retriever. Much of her free time is spent cheering from the sidelines at soccer fields, tennis courts, and everywhere in between. She is also an active member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and is passionate about serving others and giving back to her community.
