Sara Perkins brings a lifelong connection to coastal living to her role at Eaves Realty. Born and raised in the Florida Keys as the daughter of a fisherman, she developed an early appreciation for waterfront life and the value of home. After spending time in the foothills of North Carolina running a small working farm, she returned to the coast, settling in Brunswick County in 2022.
With a background as a nurse and as the owner of a successful short-term rental cleaning and maintenance company, Sara offers a unique, hands-on understanding of both the day-to-day and operational aspects of vacation homes and investment properties. Her experience provides clients with a practical advantage when buying, selling, or investing along the coast.
Sara is passionate about helping others find their place at the coast—whether it’s a primary home, second home, or investment property. She is known for being responsive, detail-oriented, and committed to making the process as smooth as possible.
Outside of real estate, Sara enjoys spending time with her big, blended family, including her children, granddaughter, and teens still at home, often making memories together on the water.
