Mary owns a vacation rental in the Outer Banks herself, so she knows what it takes to make one perform. Occupancy, revenue, pricing, and the everyday realities of hosting are not theory to her. That perspective shapes how she works with owners, whether she is managing a property or helping a client buy one that is ready to rent.
Her background spans long-term multifamily communities and short-term vacation rentals alike. She also leads operations services for a national property management company, building systems and processes across a large portfolio. That operational discipline carries into every property she manages.
Mary was raised in Raleigh and lives in Holly Springs with her husband and their three sons, Joe, Owen, and Theo. The family are proud NC State fans who travel every chance they get, usually to the beach or the mountains.
